[Ha...] Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 Just thought I'd share, I've been cycling through anxiety and depression for 6 weeks now and things got really dark last night, not knowing if I could carry on. Anyway I'm super sensitive to everything but as a last resort I tried a very small dose 120mg of fish oil and the depression lifted within half an hour. I've tried it in the past and it revved me up, but now It gave me a slight headache, but I'll take that over the dark thoughts. In my experience with fish oil going back some 15 years, I have noticed that it can help pick me up out of a funk.
