Collagen degradation, ligament laxity and instability?

Did anyone experience severe collagen degradation including cervical and jaw ligaments etc and have it repair?

Oral surgeon says ligaments have extreme laxity which is why jaw has collapsed along with rapid development and progression of arthritis.

Same is happening in spine and all other joints.

Neck dangerously so.
