Can't get song out of my head, earworm

Hi,

 

Does anyone experience earworms, songs or fragments of songs, that just keep playing over and over in your head?

 

I am always extremely overwhelmed because of withdrawal and my life in general.  But, I notice that when I start getting really anxious, I get horrid earworms that I can't get rid of.

I played music throughout the day (and even softly at night) to help with the obsessing and ear worm stuff.

Ugh, I get that too. Drives me crazy.

Not to make light of the situation but if you do have a song stuck in your head, I hope it is Twisted Sister - We're Not Gonna Take it!  Sometimes laugher is the best medicine and relieves some stress and anxiety even if only for a few minutes.
