[Sc...]
I hit 1 year benzo free today. I still have a few problems like burning and numbness throughout my body most of the time. Some troubles with chewing and swallowing but improved a lot. Sinus and saliva issues still there but some improvement. Repetitive movements with my jaw, lip, nose and forehead are still a problem but less frequent. Panic attacks are less severe recently but more frequent. I got my brain back, now I can think clearly most days. Body aches from minor movements are there most of the time but as I write this I'm not aching at all. Occasionally I get a heavy chest and think it's back again but leaves in a day or two. Overall I'm much better. It's taken longer than I hoped and expected and I still have problems doing basic things like going outside but it's an improvement from the hell I was in 6 months ago.
