No sense of time?

I saw Jordan Peterson had this during his wd, I also suffer from this. No internal clock. Anyone else have this?

hahahaha oh good I thought it was just me... no cues. you know where u are thinking its about 3pm... i can never tell. Maybe thats a DR symptom

I sleep a lot better now but i have no sense of time. it just seems like a movie reel that never ends.

Oh I did not know this was a symptom but it makes a lot of sense.  For me, I was home and sick a lot, so I thought it was just cause I didn't really have a routine that I stuck to.  I hear people complaining about this during covid too, so I think part of it might be the loss of routine. 

 

I didn’t realize that either until I heard Jordan Peterson say it in an interview and it resonated with me. Maybe it’s because most worst symptom is insomnia but it’s so strange like I don’t have a clock
