I’ve watched this a few times and try to relate it to my situation. I have had 2 similar experiences with psychotropic drugs, one being Paxil and brain zaps I couldn’t get rid of, so I would take a small piece of Paxil every 3 days then 4 and it disappeared completely and another with lyrica, I would wait for the withdrawal to become hard and just take a small dose and that finally disappeared. Coming off such a high dose of benzos, I cannot see a way to satisfy my gaba receptors, if I get to a low dose maybe this would work. What do you think? Is this video have any value in withdrawing from benzos ?
