Anxiety suggestion

I just found this wonderful therapist on utube. She understands alotbabout benzos. I have an anxiety disorder.  I wish I found her years ago. Anyway she is awesome. Her name is Paige Pranko. 

The only thing I find looking for Paige Pranko on youtube is a girl who play catch  .

Here is one of her videos that talks directly to the issue of Benzos.  Maybe nothing new, but good to share with people who are "new" to the issue and\or their caregivers.
