compounding pharmacy

i'm using a compounding pharmacy to make capsules to taper off my benzos, is this okay way to taper?

Yes it is.

Yes, but you can make your own capsules if the cost becomes too much for you.  Lorazepam also come in a liquid form for easy tapering.

pamster i'm at 0.4mg temazepam, is that safe to jump from?

Since Temazepam is half as strong as Valium you're probably safe to jump but more important is how you're feeling and what the last few reductions have been for you.  I feel the answer to these questions is more important than the number. 

maybe i should go to 0.2mgs then jump?

Totally up to you and how you're feeling as you get there.  Are you dealing with uncomfortable symptoms as you reduce?

bad tinnitus and anxiety, stomach issues

Maybe you should slow it down a bit, how long have you been holding between doses?

i taper and cut every 30 days, i don't hold, just reduce every 4 weeks.
