Titration schedule

I need help titrating off 3 mg of Valium. The tablets are in 2 mg form. That means I’m taking 1.5 tablets a day.

As per your recommendation, I bought  a 100 mg cylinder with 0.10 mg graduations.

Could you give me a tapering schedule?

2 weeks ago, I started tapering from 1.5 mg by putting 200 ml in a jar then adding a 2 mg tab.

First day I took out 50 ml with a syringe then next day 51 ml.

Just the once, before bed. I was dreading only doing this as psychologically I liked it in the morning but it worked out for the best
