Unisom

Hey guys I’m a little over a week since quitting xanax. Doing well enough still have severe anxiety and sometimes tremors/heart palpitations but not panic attacks. Anyone have any luck using antihistamines for these minor things. I always did well with them in the past I heard they can treat small tremors. Thank-you.

I used Unisom (doxylamine) and Benadryl (diphen) to help with sleep.  I didn't want to take them every day, so did each once or twice a week.  Doxy seemed to help more than diphen for me.
