Dissolving under tongue

I have been dissolving my klonazepam under my tongue for each dose over the last 3 years.

Today i just started on water titration. When i swallowed my first dose (as opposed to under tongue) i felt a sense of calm that i had not felt in quite awhile.

I am afraid that maybe mu under the tongue method i was losing some potency, and that going to water and swallowing the dose might be actually raising my dose.

Any thoughts?

Watched video with Dr on medicating normal film yesterday.

He said if dissolves in mouth goes straight into brain rather than via stomach.

Since my dose got really low think it has been dissolving in my mouth so now wondering if that is making things worse.

Had not considered it before.
