I MADE IT (and it was... should I say easy?)

Just wanted to let you know that I've made it. I tapered with the help of Professor Ashton and Diazepam drops. Took me 6 months, six hard months. Six months in bed. But without seizures, without panic, without all this stuff many people get. Have not touched a single pill ever since. Without one exception: Had surgery in August and got Xanax 1 mg. I didn't like it. I'm better than ever.

Congratulations.  I’m 8 months off as of yesterday.  I’m much better than before but still get waves from time to time.  Are you seeing many waves?
