Has anyone tapered Lithium?

I’m down to 500mg from 900 and could use someone to talk to about it.

I’m 21 months off Klonopin and can’t tell if lithium withdrawal is compounding my issues. I’d appreciate chatting with someone who’s been there.

No but there is bound to be someone on this forum that has it helped me off other meds
