1313 days Benzo Free

I've not been here for a while but I came to see what was happening as a freind's daughter might need some support and I remembered how much help, information and support I got from the BB community.

 

Then I saw my dates

 

1313 days since I jumped off my Xanax>Valium Taper

 

Not touched a Benzo since

 

Couldn't have done without BB

It's fantastic to see your success story milestone, not least of all because it's inspiring to see someone who was on benzos for a fairly long time have such success. Thanks for sharing.
