Benadryl linked to Dementia?

According to the author of this study it's a slight possibility?  I'm not posting this to "scare" people using Benadryl or an equivalent for sleep, but only to inform so you can weigh the risks/benefits and do what is right for you!

Yes, all anticholinergics (a side affect of Benadryl and many other drugs) have been linked to dementia. Acetylcholine seems to be important for memory and blocking it might contribute to the development of dementia.
