Tomorrow is 4 months CT

Things are getting better for the most part still have symptoms. I don’t wana say whats getting better since it’s still early on. Hopeful the next couple months I’ll see more improvements.

Congratulations on 4 moths Benzo free!  So glad you're seeing improvements.  You're right that it's still early on but improvements are a good sign of healing and more healing to come.  Keep it up - you're on your way!
