Possibly missed a dose. Panicking dp/dr

It's been well over 12 hrs since I took my dose or was supposed to take it. How much would a rescue dose of 1mg set me back? Am i gonna have palpitations for days after? It's possible this is all just regular withdrawal but I haven't felt this crazy I think. I can't remember if I took my dose or not. How screwed am I if I missed it?

Screw it I took the 1mg. Some people report paradoxical symptoms after doing this I think? I'm so scared.

Nothing will happen. Just resume your taper.

Tonight the symptoms are back with more panic and palpitations. It i what's foing on I'm so scared.

How are you Daniel?  What did you do to handle the withdraw? Whatever you did, it's ok. No judgement. Want to check in on you, you were pretty scared.
