Can going up from 5mg to 10mg of paroxetine give side effects ?

Hello everyone, it’s been a while since my last entry and I wish my come back were as a free benzo and meds person , but that is not the case. Currently going up to 10 mg of paroxetine and taking between 0.5-1mg of klonopin because my anxiety and attacks are out of control. Looking for some answers from this amazing support group :

1 .can going up on the dose create side effects (nausea , weakness and shaking ) as when taking for the first time ?

2. Does anyone have gone vegetarian and their anxiety got completely worse?

3. For mental health benefits , what is the best diet you recommend ?
