Microtapering success after 17 years of use

My success story --

I'm 55 today.

I started benzos recreationally at age 35. I never took more than 20 mg librium or its equivalent, 0.5 mg clonazepam. I microtapered 20 mg librium using water titration in 2017. It took me a year to taper. Microtapering is best in my opinion for mine was symptom free.
