Please help, I need to know how to taper off 2 mg Ativan. I dose 4 times a day. I still have interpose withdrawal and now I’m very ill. I’m 66 have been on benzodiazepines for 40 yrs. Thank you.

You'll probably first need to decide if you want to do a liquid taper or a dry taper. If dry, then search for Bob7 on the boards. He has a great website to educate and is also extremely helpful. He may even be able to direct you with a liquid taper. My best to you!
