I started a meditation practice at the same time that I started the xanax and sleep is not so much an issue for me anymore. Meditation works so well for me, I never should have started on the xanax. Had a window yesterday morning, today not so much. Low on energy and motivation. I had more energy and motivation when I was taking that stuff Looking forward to the day when I have my regular energy back. Really, the fatigue is amazing. I do have a lot of my cognitive abilites back, which is a relief. I had something like premature Alzheimers there for a while! I have projects around the house that I'd like to be able to get back to, but I just don't give a damn. I know it's the xanax WD, so I'm riding it out. The wife is being really patient about it.
