Tapering Clonazepam-HELP Please

After reinstating.  I was on xanax for two months and CT.  After dropping almost 50 pounds, I was sent to the emergency room.  My pyschiatrist prescribed me Clonazepam.  .5 am and .5 pm.  I would say 70 percent of my symptoms have gone away.  Would you say that I'm stabalized at this level.  I need support with a tapering plan.
