Hairy tongue, Raw Tongue/Mouth???

Anyone else get weird tongue sensation (feel as if  i have hair on my tongue) but i checked, washed my mouth and have nothing and the sensation still there. I also just got like a really dry and raw taste on my tongue and mouth. Could it be withdrawal?

My whole mouth feels horrific. Can’t even describe it.

Tongue is fizzing, burning and like not part of me.
