We're glad you've found us and if it's one thing you'll find here, it's symptoms!  I was just thinking today that our members are so talented, we come up with the most descriptive and imaginative ways to describe the horror which is benzo withdrawal. 

Have you read  The Ashton Manual, I found chapter 3 to be very helpful because she describes our symptoms and why we feel them.

I take it you're still on benzo's, would you care to tell us which one and where you are in your taper?  If you'd like to connect with others experiencing the same thing, feel free to post on the  Withdrawal Support (during your taper) board, you'll find lots of support there.
