[Ni...] Posted August 1, 2020 Share Posted August 1, 2020 Dear BBs; Somewhere on BB forums, a member named "rshack" said that he had gone to 4 shrinks, and the 4th one told him and used Dr. David Burns and his book "Feeling Good" to teach CBT "cognitive behavior therapy". Rshack did all this "BEFORE" tapering and said it really helped. I watched Dr. Burn's TED talk on YouTube titled "Feeling Good" and was very impressed.........The jest of it is to not beat up on yourself, if you feel depressed or suicidal, write down and count all of the positives in your life. [Bi...] Posted August 2, 2020 Share Posted August 2, 2020 For me : therapy > yoga > meditation > massage. All helped but therapy give me strong tools to deal with anxiety.
