Working with insomnia while we heal

Hello dear community,

I am in a rough patch of insomnia after coming of a long taper of remeron-mirtazapine.

I am a teacher and will begin working in a few weeks.

I want to find fellow people who pushes trough despite of sleep challenges. Let's support each other on our way to better sleep. We will get better!
