Clonazepam Taper

Hi!

Please help. I am trying to taper off of 1 mg clonazepam at bedtime. I want off this drug. I have been on and off about 2 months on drug. I would like to do the liquid taper. I have the dissolvable tablets and take 1 tablet at bedtime. wanting to start my taper ASAP but need help with instructions on how to do so.

This is the plan I use and truly, it tell you everything you need to know.  It's can be confusing so if you have questions, I know others as well as myself will guide you.  I'm lost without it and don't know it perfectly, but I've come a long way thanks to this plan.
