Best way to taper off of Lorazepam?

HELLO EVERYONE 

So I am beginning to taper off of 1 mg per day of lorazepam.  I started December 2019.

I'm sensitive to medication and if I take even a quarter less of my daily dose my body craves it and I get withdrawal symptoms.

What is the best way to taper? Water titration or just cut my dose slowly?

Sorry this reply is late in coming. 

If you're in the US, lorazepam is available as a liquid concentrate designed to be added to water.  It should be ideal for preparing a dilute solution of known concentration from which to draw your target dose.
