In hell after taking citalopram to help zopiclone withdrawal.

Been taking citalopram for 6 months trying to help intrusive thoughts from zopiclone. Given me almost paranoia about things, not really true OCD. Kept taking it because peop,e said takes while to work. Weaned off it 3 weeks ago. Been dreadful to come off my life awful caused so many more symptoms than before. Just wondered how long acute phase last with AD withdrawal. So hard can't tell friends how I'm feeling as would think I'm mentally ill. I never had any anxiety Bedfore stopping zopiclone any advice please.

Thanks did look at surviving anti depressants bit scary full of horror stories. Was hoping to hear if anyone else took them to help withdrawal. Made mine 10 times worse sadly.
