Please help with my taper dosage

I just started tapering and have been taking 1mg Ativan at bedtime.

I’m finding I have terrible withdrawals all day, until I get relief with my dose at bed.

Lead me to believe that maybe I should try taking my dose and splitting it up, 4 times a day?

Thoughts? Feeling very unsupported by my doctor.... she told me to just stop CT

Ugh, so glad you didn't follow your Dr's recommendation.    Yes, absolutely divide up your doses, you could start with 3, this is what I've seen most often from Ativan users.
