Depression on Tapered Klonopin Dose

Hi all,

I did not do a great job tapering, was able to get in contact with my doctor today to come up with a REALLY slow plan. I had to re-up this morning back to my original dose due to terrible panic, crying spells, jelly legs, you name it. But now that I went back up, I feel SO depressed. I deal with anxiety and panic, not depression, so I am at a loss. I am in a safe space (went home to my parents) and that feels better, but I need motivation and help to get through.
