Today is 21 months of freedom!

Dear friends, today was 21 months after the last benzodiazepine pill! Thank you all for your powerful support Friends! Go on! If it wasn't for this terrible heat, everything would be fine. I'm probably already cooked. It's been forty degrees for a week now, and I like it so much. Well, nothing, with God's help we will survive! Hold on friends! I hug everyone. Thank You Father! :smitten:

Congratulations!  We are having a heat wave too...makes it difficult to sleep.  This is why I planned my jump for the winter.

 

Today I celebrate 5 months off...time flies.
