[Ru...]
I’ve been tapering from .5mg twice a day and am currently on my 4th cut of a 10% cut every 2 weeks (now at a total of .656 mg per day). I was on the original dose for 9 months. I’ve had very little side effects so far. At what dose should I consider for jumping off? Thanks in advance. [ha...]
I think I read that it's 0.025mg. It's good that you're able to pay attention to your symptoms. Good luck!
[Br...]
Hi Russ - I'm glad your taper has been going well. The Klonopin dose at which people choose to jump off varies. Some members find that making smaller cuts as they near the end of the taper helps make symptoms more manageable. Some members jump at .0625 or lower. Have you looked at these boards? [Ru...]
Thank you for the advice. I will see how it goes as I taper on at 10% of each preceding dose. (I believe that's how it is done). I will give .0625 a try, and if that doesn't work then .025 as Haveagreatday suggested. Thank you both.

[Ru...]
Russ, have you taken anything that helps you tame symptoms? Any supplements, other meds? No not really, except for a ginger tablet to calm a minor bit of nausea.
