Tightness in throat

Does anyone have tightness in throat? I have been off 6 weeks this Saturday and I was doing so good had minimal symptoms and all the sudden this morning i got hit with a wave of anxiety burning in skin in different parts, anxiety and tightness in throat. Anyone else have this goin on?

Funny thing about that symptom is the more you freak out about it, the tighter the throat gets...

I’m 14 months out and I still get it sometimes. Throat squeezing, and esophageal spasms. They are awful!
