[Th...]
Yes, I had that....I paced so much that I wore trails in my yard in the grass. That seems to be a somewhat common symptom? I had brain zaps, but mostly when I was trying to sleep. I never had body jerks, just muscle jerks and spasms. It's all temporary and will fade over time. Time is the healer. You can get past this. These symptoms will definitely ease up given more time!
[ja...]
Theway2. do you know how long it lasted for you? was it only in early withdrawal? when did the anxiety lifted for you?
[Th...]
Yes, I had that "I need to move feeling" the during the first 6 months off. It was the worst between months 2 and 5. The anxiety lasted a bit longer...until about month 10 and then it faded pretty fast over the next 2-4 months However, your experience may not be like mine? It could be shorter, longer or somewhere in the middle? Each recovery/healing experience is unique to that person. I know the need to try to have an answer or a timeline when your symptoms might fade or end. They will, I just wish I knew when. But they will for sure!
