Hello guys , a little experiment here.

For the past months i was just mindful not tried to worry about anything and just live for the moment. This way i get more like emotional numb, and negative emotions I think are on the baseline now, so like brain gets to default negativity.

Now i tried to do positive self talk to imagine future events when everything will be okey, no more benzos and so. It kinda gave me a boost but also revd me up phisically , I got a bit hyped. Kind of anxiety but of exitment. I think its the best to balance out these things, I wanna hear your thoughts on this. Maybe even the best from buddies that are recovered or atleast finished their taper. But for sure everybodys opinion is welcome.
