Breath patterns

Hi there ,

Anybody has a sympton like breathing conciously all the time ?

 

For example I either breath from my upper chest all the time that makes me hyper , but its good for stuff that need high attention example driving.

 

Or if I belly breath I feel extermly numb and my body starts to sweat abnormally and i cant concentrate on things at all.

 

Seems like I either do one of the two and somehow stick with it for a while . How should I balance this out .

It is very stressful to do body , I think i had it also before i was on benzos . Very strange as everytime I ask someone how they breath they usually cant answer as they have it automatically as they need it . How can i switch off this manual breathing , i think this is something with anxiety related. Or i was studying too many breathing exercises.

Anybody with something simular or any advice ?

This conscious breathing is anxiety related. Let it be there and stop caring, it will pass on its own. Let it be uncomfortable. Stop ruminating about it.
