There are no concrete answers here or anywhere. The great thing about this place is that you can see recovery is a circus. We’re all different but the one thing we have in common is that it’s a long road to recovery and very few things I’ve read here are absolutes.

 

Life goes on and this gets old. So old that I never mention benzo bs in real life anymore. When you can release yourself from this story you will be well on your way to feeling better...on the other hand if the minute you look for some substance to blame for your new wave, you’re still deep in misery. I know this misery but it’s systemic and for the most part not any one thing that set you off.

 

We cannot be afraid of all the stuff we read on the internet and especially here. I’m not saying any one person is wrong but I am saying this healing just mostly takes time...A lot of time but if you wallow in it you’re doomed.
