Xanax and Ativan question

Hi if i substitute Xanax .5 mg 3 times a day for Ativan 1 mg 3 times a day for a couple of days

would i go through withdrawl from ativan ?

 

 

I know half lives are different  but i temporarily ran out of Ativan .
