Looking for friends, therapists, and/or support groups in NYC

Subject pretty much says it all. I know do to COVID location might not matter now but hoping I’m the future we’ll be able to meet face to face.

Live in greater cleveland, hope there is a group I can find as well after covid.

I don't know if this helps but there's some on Facebook if you can't get to one. A few mentors there that you can reach out to about benzo. I seen a few. A lot of other support groups also and very private.

Search www.meetup.com  for free, private, respectful and supportive benzo groups. There’s two of them.

 

Benzo Hope NYC meets virtually Saturday’s 2pm EST

 

Another benzo group meets I think We’d and Sunday’s, virtually.

 

It’s important to get all the support we can with those that understand.

 

 

looking for support is what brought me here. my therapist (chemical specialist) suggested Pills Anonymous. There arent that many meetings anymore and she warned they can be quite toxic but maybe try looking into that? (im not in NYC, im over on the west coast)
