For those of you who tapered or are tapering from Clonazepam. At which day/week did you notice your anxiety was highest after which the anxiety started to subside?

I didn't taper but I've read members who say they notice withdrawal symptoms 3-5 days after a reduction, is this what you're asking?

Your signature says you were at 1 mg in September but had to reinstate, are you benzo free now?

I don't know if there is time frame for the acute phase other than its right after you're benzo free.  I'm probably still not understanding your question, but this is a thread that talks about the different phases of recovery.

For me, I cold turkeyed my Klonopin. My symptoms were worst at months 3-5 and also recently at 10 months off. However, the actual anxiety itself minus all other symptoms, was worst at the first and second month. I didn't think I was going to live, but did obviously.
