Hi all, so I want to do a simple liquid taper for my Ativan and valium. I'm currently on 1 mg of Ativan in the morning and 7 mg of valium in the evening. Any input would be appreciated!

I'm not sure about this, but I do know there are others on two benzos and what they've done is taper off one at a time.  Maybe someone with that experience will come along and give you some advice.
