Help coming off 20mg Diazapam

Hi,

 

I was on 2mg of Ativan for 25 years and went into tolerance withdrawal . I swapped over to 20mg diazapam without too much problem.  Now I need some help figuring out how to do the taper. I don’t know which method to use and how long a taper I should shoot for. I know there are different methods, but when you are hurting it’s hard to figure things out. Anyone come off of 20mg diazapam? How did you do it?

Its great to hear you were able to make the cross to Valium, I've heard good things about tapering from it.  Do you have the 2 mg pills?
