Is Benadryl safe for us?

Forgive me, I searched for this but there are so many past posts it was dizzying. People for whom it was fine, people for whom it was not. I’m starting a new post hoping you speak directly to folks!

I’d love to know if you had a good or bad experience - and how intense your wd symptoms were at the time you decided to take it.

I use it a few times a week.  The spring allergies hit me hard and so I need it for that, but it does help me sleep too.

Haven’t taken any for a few days as we had record cold weather here in Ohio.  Been waking up to light snow on the ground!  These days we get to experience all 4 seasons in one day!
