Ativan Sublingual

Is it possible to taper with ativan sublingual in water? Was thinking 200ml and removing 1ml a day. How to taper confuses me.

I was trying to find out if sublingual tablets are water soluble but I didn't have any luck, I would imagine your best bet would be to make your solution with the components listed in this post.

I think a water/vodka solution sounds doable. Still not sure about how much water and how much vodka to start with.
