Valium with Concerta?

Hello everyone,

Im taking 10 mg valium recently switched from clonazepam 1mg to taper and im not feeling stable and having some anger and dysphoria im diagnosed as bipolar/anxiety/ borderline personality disorder my doctor also said that i have some adhd and was wondering if taking concerta would help i also take seroquel 200mg.
