Hello my dear friends!!! Today I have 19 months since my last benzodiazepine pill. Thank God everything is fine! But there is a new terrible symptom: I come to this wonderful site less and less often. I'm going to deal with this symptom and continue to recover! Hold on dear ones and the Father will bless you!!! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Hello bazil4uk and a big thumbs up for 19 months of freedom!!  Not coming to BenzoBuddies as often seems a small price to pay for letting benzos go from your life.  But good to hear from you and know you are doing well.  Thank you for sharing!!
