Hi. I have an eye infection that lasts for about a month now. It doesn't bother me that much but i have a couple of questions regarding this issue;

-Will using eye drops with Chloramphenicol make my symptoms worse?

-Does such mild infection have any effect on my healing? Does it slow it down/prevent it from happening?
