I can tell you the first 4 months of my cold turkey without BenzoBuddies was terrifying, confusing and painful.  I didn't understand what was happening to me and it wasn't until I found this place in March of 2008 that I finally found the answers and the camaraderie I had needed for so long.  I'm very grateful this site was created and has been maintained for so many years, an extraordinary commitment when so many other sites opened and closed.

It really makes a difference because knowledge is power and the truth sets free.Imagine if we were suffering in darkness.No knowledge at all of what is going on in our brains.Visits to hospitals for check ups.But thank God for this site.It is really wonderful.
