6o days xanax free!!

Today I am 60 days xanax free!!! I finally got myself to delete my xanax prescription from my CVS app removing the ability for me to refill it and I'm proud of that. I was on 4 bars (8 mg) a day and while I think about my addiction every day and my withdrawals have been the worst they could be I'm seeing improvement every day and couldn't be happier. It's possible to get clean!!!

Congratulations!  This is a great accomplishment.  Feels good to not worry about refills.

Wow, deleting that prescription is a huge move, good for you, clean and sober is amazing, I'm grateful every day I don't have to be a slave.  I'm so happy to hear you're starting to see improvement.
